Mekanik tesisat\u0131n yap\u0131sal \u00f6zellikleri ile suyun kimyasal kompozisyonuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fen zamana g\u00f6re, olu\u015fan \u00e7amurla\u015fma kat\u0131 faz tabakala\u015fmas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<br \/>Mekanik tesisat imalat\u0131 a\u015famas\u0131nda olu\u015fan kaynak \u00e7apaklar\u0131, demir depozitleri ile in\u015faat ortam\u0131ndan kaynaklanan inorganik toz ve par\u00e7ac\u0131klar tesisat\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde kalmaktad\u0131r. <br \/>Bu bahsedilen par\u00e7ac\u0131klar, devre i\u00e7erisinde bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 suyun etkisi ile s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmekte, pompa, e\u015fanj\u00f6r, serpantin kazan, vana ve benzeri cihazlar\u0131n ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131 ile i\u00e7erisinde ve ekleme par\u00e7alar\u0131nda birikmektedir. <br \/>Kat\u0131 faz tabakala\u015fmas\u0131 ve birikmekler, \u00e7e\u015fitli korozyon tiplerinin olu\u015fumunu h\u0131zland\u0131rmakta, bu sonu\u00e7 \u00e7aplar\u0131 sirk\u00fclasyon sistemini bozmayacak \u00e7apta olmas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir.<\/li><li>Devrelerin h\u0131zl\u0131 bo\u015faltmaya ve doluma olanak verecek hatlar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>Dola\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flanmayan k\u00f6r hatlar olu\u015fturulmamal\u0131 veya su bo\u015falt\u0131m\u0131na olanak verecek duruma tutmak ve hedeflenen \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri do\u011frulayabilmek i\u00e7in gerekmektedir. Koruma program\u0131n\u0131n izlenmesi en az do\u011fru kimyasal kullan\u0131m\u0131 kadar \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p><p><strong>Korozyon \u0130stasyonlar\u0131 <\/strong><br \/>Korozyon istasyonlar\u0131, korozyon h\u0131zlar\u0131 ve olu\u015fan korozyon tipi konusunda bilgi verdikleri i\u00e7in en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan izleme d\u00fczenekleridir. <br \/>Bu d\u00fczenekte kullan\u0131lan korozyon kuponlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde, genel korozyon oran\u0131, \u00e7ukurla\u015fma korozyon h\u0131z\u0131, biyolojik ve galvanik etkilerin g\u00f6stergelerini tespit etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn
